1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Taxerionva. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and comply with local regulations when using our offerings.

3. Services Offered

Taxerionva provides the following categories of solutions:

• Subscription-based Smart Tax Optimization Software
• Informational products such as guides and e-learning modules
• Physical merchandise related to our software solutions

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you must create an account with accurate information and secure your credentials against unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment details, you represent authorization to use the selected payment method.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Taxerionva strives to ensure user satisfaction. Eligibility for reimbursement depends on the type of offering:

6.1 Software Subscription

• Cancellations within 14 days of initial subscription activation qualify for a full reimbursement of subscription fees.
• After 14 days, partial reimbursement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Informational Products

• Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Access to downloadable or streamed content will be revoked upon approval of the reimbursement.

6.3 Physical Merchandise

• Items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

6.4 Non-Reimbursable Offerings

Custom consultancy packages and one-on-one advisory sessions are tailored services and therefore not eligible for reimbursement after delivery of the contracted service.

6.5 Processing Reimbursements

7. Rescheduling Services

Clients may request a change in service date at least 48 hours in advance. Requests received later may not be accommodated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software related to Taxerionva remain the property of Taxerionva and are protected by applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Taxerionva and its officers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at taxerionva.com with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.
